Who are we?

We are qualified tradesmen with over 30 years experience in the construction industry, as well as teaching and assessing backgrounds. Our aim is to introduce learners from all walks of life to the most in-demand trades in the UK.

We offer flexible, high-quality training that equips individuals with the necessary construction skills. Whether starting out, changing careers, or upskilling, we support learners at every stage.

Meet Simon

Simon started off in the Army before joining the fire service as a retained firefighter. During this time, he also learnt how to plaster by working alongside his brother. In 2000, Simon started his own business which quickly became very successful. His passion for construction continued to grow and he realised he wanted to pass his skills and knowledge on by becoming a construction tutor at a local college.


After years of working in the trade, a real highlight was joining the DIY SOS team in Beverley in 2025. They built a youth club from the ground up, with Simon and other local plasterers preparing and plastering the building ready for the fitters. This was a great experience and featured on BBC on 30 December 2025.
